Unable to resolve resource bundle

Hello,

I am using Flash Builder 4.5.
I have added the FlashEff build paths to the project's settings, and when I compile the project I get the error:
Unable to resolve resource bundle "core" for locale "en_US"

I really don't know how to fix this error, please help.
